Bresenham Line Routine

Another basic Bresenham line routine by Hein.

Things added by Bitbreaker: The original routine only handles 2 quadrants, by manipulating also inx/iny one can draw in all 4 quadrants. Also some hints for further speedup added

xIII: coord x_2 = 155 changed to x_1 = 155
